We are now looking for a Senior HR Administrator to work within the COO Office to manage the day to day HR Administration. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that relevant documents are filed in the right location, systems and processes are updated correctly and that employee’s receive the appropriate communications at the right time.
This role is part of the COO Office comprising of HR, Portfolio, Finance and Operations as a support service to the business reporting into the COO.
Key accountabilities and performance measures
- Employee record management – Maintaining up to date and accurate employee records including personal information, employment history, compensation data and performance data.
- Recruitment support- Assisting with the posting of jobs, reviewing applications and arranging interviews. Ensuring that recruitment records are up to date.
- Onboarding – Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, providing necessary paperwork and information.
- Security Clearance- managing the security clearance process and keeping accurate records to facilitate timely renewal.
- Responding to employee enquiries and providing assistance with HR related issues.
- Payroll support to the finance department ensuring accurate and timely payroll input as well as output checking.
- Documentation and filing – preparing and maintaining accurate records and documents.
- Maintaining accurate people data including headcount, sickness, absence and holiday records.
- Monthly reporting on key HR metrics.
- Benefits administration including holiday, EV scheme, pension and others as applicable.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
Knowledge, skills and experience
- You’ll have experience working in an administrative role for at least 3 years.
- Experience of working in a busy HR environment as a Generalist working across multiple different HR areas (benefits, compensation, training).
- Good HR systems experience including the ability to maintain a high level of data accuracy and export reports as required.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience managing payroll for 50+ employees.
- Experience with benefits administration including pension and other relevant schemes (EV, annual leave, private medical insurance).
- Capability in interpreting HR data such as key metrics or employee engagement data.
