I am a very driven person, with love for organising and helping others, I am working in the Operations department which suits my personality perfectly.
After working in the property sector for over three years I wanted a change in direction in my career, I have always had a fascination for technology and wanting to make a difference. I felt working at Ploughshare would allow me the opportunity to do this.
My role is to support the commercialisation managers to make sure that everything behind the scenes operates smoothly. I enjoy working with a team of such strong-minded individuals and being able to produce these technologies that make an impact on our wider public sector, industry, businesses and citizens.
In my spare time, I like going on long hikes in the countryside, spending time with my friends and family. I am always planning my next adventure.
