Curiosity drives me, I love to find and learn new things. Combine this with a touch of analytical acumen means I also deliver results in those fields of interest. My Career so far has brought me technical challenges in the development of established products.
With a BEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering I have worked with RF and electronics in defence and space environments for most of my career. From my roots as a test engineer, I have grown through companies large and small, to become more of a systems engineer, considering holistically todays challenges.
Coming to Ploughshare, firstly is a change of pace from the deliberate defence timelines I am used to and secondly, enables me to branch out from the technical side and enable me to bring solutions into the hands of users, from new and innovative ideas.
Outside of work you will find me with my family, watching the kids play team sport and looking after our mostly exotic pets.
