Ploughshare was established to unlock the value of world-class defence innovation.

But innovation does not succeed in isolation. It needs collaboration, investment, adoption and the right routes to market. That is why, in 2025, we established the Technology and Growth Alliance.

Convening of 16 founding members from industry, academia, government and the wider enabling ecosystem who share a belief: defence research and IP must go further.

From GPS and EpiPens to Duct Tape, technologies developed for the highest-stakes environments have gone on to transform everyday life. The next generation is already here.
