I’ve always been passionate about science and how it can be adopted into new applications, so when the opportunity to second at Ploughshare arose, I couldn’t resist.

Despite temporarily escaping from the lab, I spend a lot of time talking to Dstl inventors about how their innovations can find commercial applications, an endeavour that takes marketing, scientific and business knowledge, as well as a team of experts.
